Manipulated

People sometimes ask if my photographs are manipulated. This time, the answer is obvious. :) This was a fun shoot. We covered the living room carpet with shower curtains, set up our table and lights, and then started throwing grape juice around. It's easy enough to capture the splash once the lighting setup is done. That's the hard part. In fact, we'll shoot a second round this evening, since we're not quite happy with the final lighting effect. Still, I had a good time creating this image.
